Persons intending on visiting during caving\nevents such as OTR are encouraged to apply early. Priority will be given to advanced applicants, however,\nif there are still days available, the access coordinator may issue permits on site. Only one permit will be\nissued per day to protect the cave, and due to covenants agreed to during the year-long negotiations to\nbuy the property. Permits will be good only for the date imprinted on them. It is to your benefit to\nindicate an alternative date below, but it is not required. In the event that your first date is already\nfilled, and your altenrative date is not yet taken, you will be issued a permit for the second date.
