It had been a long-closed cave. Board Member Jeff Jahn and Front Royal Grotto successfully managed the cave with very few problems and with good landowner relations until the landowner decided to sell the property. The lease was suspended.<\/p>\n<p>The property changed hands in 2016 and, after a period of time, the new owner has decided to renew the lease.<\/p>\n<p>Jeff and the Grotto worked extremely hard on this project. We are delighted that after a five-year pause, in November of 2021 the lease has been renewed.
