The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources lists the following cave-dwelling threatened and endangered species.

	Eastern Woodrat (Threatened)
	Indiana Bat (Endangered)
	Small-footed Myotis (Threatened)

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service also has endangered species information.
